FemFoundry — Returns & Refund Policy (UK)

Overview

We hope you love your FemFoundry purchase. However, if you change your mind, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided they are returned to us as sold.

Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them

  • Items must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Because we sell personal-use cosmetic products, items that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be accepted for return unless they are faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Any product that has been opened or used

  • Items marked as non-returnable at checkout

  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago

  • Products that have been visibly damaged after delivery (not due to a fault)

Return Process & Costs

You must notify us before sending a return. Please email:

Include your order number, item(s) being returned, and reason for return.

  • Customers are responsible for all return postage costs

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the parcel arrives safely

  • Returns that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging may not be eligible for a refund

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@femfoundry.co.uk with clear photos.

  • We will arrange a free return and either refund you in full or replace the item - whichever you prefer.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like something else, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and relevant UK consumer laws.
